The Never-ending Thread

The Never-ending thread refers to the longest running post on XDTalk.com.

The title of this thread is Post here if you want to increase your post count. This thread was originally posted by Tec on August 26th 2006. The original purpose of the thread was for those who wished to increase their post counts in a manner that did not require them to add anything interesting or even relevant to any topic. Specifically Tec wanted to increase his post count to catch up to and pass up One-eyed Fatman. Who at the time was the had the highest number of posts. It evolved from that into a daily gathering of XDTalk members who swap information, jokes, knowledgeably helpful advice, and occasionally helpful opinions.

This thread is also where the TOTP phenomenon began.
